Interesting is probably the best word to describe it. It's a volunteer position with a flexible schedule so I can work , play WoT and FoM GM as needed.

Heh, yeah its an underdog with a lot of potential for growth so the team is hoping we will "one day" make be paid. We're compensated with free premium accounts for those that also like to play. It's a fascinating job, a lot to do with customer support and stalking hackers.

The game is very difficult for new players because it doesnt quite fit into the open sanbox category like EvE, yet it isnt quite a linear xp-based game like WoW.

Pretty much you're thrown into game's community by either conversing with other players and learning the ropes without conflict (that's very rare), or you are shot in the face upon asking someone in fancy armor for help.
