For the record, in the US periods and commas should always go inside quotation marks :3

I thought it was dependent on where the comma was used, if if was in the quotation, obviously it remains there, but if the person is giving a list of quotes, would it not make sense to stick it outside the quotation marks?

God sometimes little kids just tick me off and this is a perfect example. I value Gates I don't know how he can put up with this everyday I would go crazy.

Hahah I might quit when Diablo 3 comes out in May but who knows I just might take a little World of Tanks break when it comes out. Because we all know I will never stop playing Diablo 3 lol.
