What is the favorite tank you've played and why, as well as a run down of your highest tier vehicle: Since the game released I haven't played much (like 125 matches) so I'm only in Tier 2 and 3 tanks. I just came back to the game recently so I've been trying out the French tanks and have liked them pretty well. In Beta I got up to a Pz IV and I liked that quite a bit, so I'd have to call that my favorite in my limited experience.

If Gates could touch you anywhere, where would you let him touch you: Normally I'm not much for man-on-man PDA (not that there's anything wrong with it, of course), but I guess if he was dead set on it I would allow for a quick swat on the ass, like teammates do. Something that says "Hey, buddy,, way to go, you didn't completely f*&% everything up for the whole team," or alternatively I suppose "Hey buddy, I'm gay but I'm not all-the-way gay." I'm okay with either.

If you could be an animal, what would you be?: Odd that this question came up, because I was just considering this dilemma the other day. I narrowed it down to two choices. My first choice would of course be, the Hypnotoad, for pretty obvious reasons. If I can't be the Hypnotoad, I would like to be a Great White Shark. Why? Because sharks have a tremendous amount of street cred. Let's face it, nobody waits around a year to tune in Discovery Channel to watch Woodchuck Week.

If Gates calls you in the middle of the night to discuss sexual fantasies, what do you do?: I would suggest to him that the only way to really help him would be a new experimental therapy from Switzerland called Transitive Therapy. I would have him discuss his sexual fantasies, but instead of talking about himself he would instead substitute in me and Keira Knightley. Then I would listen patiently as he discussed all of the nasty things Ms. Knightley would do to me. And then I would bill the shit out of him for waking me up in the middle of the night.

What makes you want to join SSGS?: I've played a lot of online games. As I said, I was in the Beta for WoT. For me, they are social activities, and they aren't really all that much fun if you don't have a regular group of folks that you can play with. That's kind of why I got away from WoT in the first place, I didn't know but a couple of people so I was left to just run random battles by myself for the most part. I was skimming through YouTube a couple of weeks back and I saw some of Smigg's videos, and they really got me interested in the game again so I re-downloaded it and started playing again. Listening to you guys on TS it sounded like you're serious about the game, but not so serious that you forget to have fun with it. That's the kind of group that I like to play these games with, people who I can learn from and still have a good time. That's why I'm applying.

The clan has to invest into every player that joins, what can you invest into the clan?: Well as I said earlier, I don't bring a lot of experience to the table, and pretty much all of what little experience I do have was on my own, not in any sort of team setting. I think what I can invest in the clan is a good attitude, a willingness to listen to the people who are training me or commanding battles, and a desire to avoid being seen as a herp derp. I want to get better at WoT, and I want to have fun getting better. I know that I'm not going to be getting into clan wars for quite some time, so being put into a lower tier clan is just fine by me. I've got to start learning somewhere.

Great whites might get a lot of fan fare from their week on the discovery and you are correct, woodchuck week sounds pretty lame.

However, if DSC started an ad campaign for Beaver Week it would blow shark week out of the water.

Just out of curiosity, is there a time that's better to run into guys from SSGS3 in Teamspeak?

I generally play (on the days I play) late afternoon or early evening, EST, and haven't been running into too many guys from 3 so far. I have sat in some of the channels and listened in as some of the other guys were playing higher tiers, but didn't want to interrupt with noob questions.

its okay to ask noob questions. how else will you get past the noob stage....

A few of us are on late evenings, early mornings all week. I generally hop on around 12am-1am cst until the sun rises.

Sorry for my absence the past few weeks. Started a new job which required a bit of travel for training and such before starting. I'm back home now and my schedule is set, so I'll be hopping into TS in the evenings and looking for guys in 3 (or anyone for that matter) to platoon with.
