Heidi if you're going to continue to recruit people in pub matches you need to tell them to put more effort in their apps.

Well, it's your applicant for bT, and these bunch of tardos are railing on someone not even for their division.

When an applicant puts in an app shouldn't they try and put a little effort into it? You've criticized other applicants for much less.

i'm pretty sure he was already recruited and Heidi was doing what gates asked, for new Heidi applicants to make a thread/forum account to stay up to date. Then you guys criticized him for lazy effort. We just lost a CW tanker... :/

Applicants for my division follow my rules. This is obviously not an applicant for my division. Massacre can decide who, and how, he wants to have people apply. Heidi was doing a courtesy by having the applicants come here.

Was rather surprised at the extent of criticism. It is quite understandable at least for myself why fundamentally this application was short on words due to the fact that, it was not him, but our members who approached this individual for recruitment.

Therefore, with being recruited by Heidi already who is the recruiter for BT, there wasn't a real need to produce a overly informative application, but just a notice of arrival.

Hence my surprise at the -1s, which I see actually ironic in relation to reason of the -1s, addressing lack of effort. This is actually talking about the people who gave the -1s.

At least this is what I feel if I was in the applicant's shoes. I would of also responded how he responded too.

his app may have been short but he atleast answered all the questions he could and gave a reasoning behind what he liked.
