I have applied at www.ssgs up-your. com. I did my interview with Heidi, the recruiter, and got a bunch of +1s. I was told by him that I was going to be placed in SSGS3. So now I'm here asking for an invite. If I'm not accepted just tell me please.

Here's a few things that are wrong with this.

1. Heidi shouldn't be telling you where you're going to be placed. He's only the recruiter for BT not for SSGS3 also.

2. As far as I know I haven't met you, and there isn't any of my clanners on that can vouch for you at the moment.

I am not accepting or denying you at this moment. I am sorry if I came off a little miffed here. I just wanted to let you know how things are.

Just find me on TS, I promise that I am a pretty nice guy. Get along with my clanners in Third, and you should be getting into Third, no problems.

Is this really necessary?... comon now... let's grow up a little and avoid arguing on the forums over something that truly doesn't even matter. Private messages are a great way to avoid this.

I don't give a fuck that some people are making themselves look bad... in fact, I've come to expect it. My friend sister is Vale and my Moms name was Vale but those are the only "Vales" I know.

vale is one of the forum Admins and (correct me if I'm wrong) an officer in SSGS main British didn't say you weren't in third just talk to horn or Brit on TS or hang with some of Third guys like me and I'm sure you will be accepted in third within 2-3 days

I'm Vale. I moderate the forums. This means I delete things that are bad, especially with relation to people getting upset in application threads like yours. There was a miscommunication, but it has been taken care of.

Get on TS and, in the next day or so, you'll find out where you're going. Talk with Horn and/or BritishJesus, or Gates (Armsdealer) or Massacre (Mass) if you can't find them.

I must have worded my speech wrong, I said you would most likely get accepted to 3. I Know it is not my duty to send people to divisions.

(general - The amount of derailing that goes on in an application thread is directly proportional to how likely you are to get accepted... or more accurately vice versa).
