My IJN CV Bo is 76 and thats the highest. I have a IJN ss2 and he is like 52. My French BO is 42 and im going to get a BB with him. I also have a German lvl 30 Bo for the Atlantis...Kinda pointless ship but it can upgrade a lot of guys.
