Reasons why you left those groups:
I am interested in leaving 1CAV1 because they are not as clan wars active / competitive as I would like and feel that I would be better served by a clan of players that are on or above my current level.  I would like a clan where I can grow and succeed with players that are better than me rather than being apart of a clan of players that are on or below my on level.
What is the favorite tank you've played and why, as well as a run down of your highest tier vehicle:
Currently my favorite tank is the WT auf E-100 because it is so ridiculously overpowered, but overall my favorite tank is the E-100 because I like to get in the face of other tanks while attempting to bounce rounds and deal massive damage.

Theoretically, anywhere, but he would have to take me out to a fancy restaurant and heavily lace my drink with rufilin. 
If you could be an animal, what would you be and why?:
Clearly I would be a Liger because why would anyone just want to be a Lion or a Tiger when they could be both.
If Gates calls you in the middle of the night to discuss sexual fantasies, what do you do?:
I would find my nearest Walmart and play his phone call over the loudspeaker for all the oddball 2:00 am shoppers to enjoy.  However, I would charge admission to listen to the rare spectacle so that I could then eventually use the money to create a porn site specifically designed to appease his sexual fantasies.
What makes you want to join our Community?:
I would like to play with players that can help me improve and succeed in WoT.  I am also looking to compete in a competitive / active clan wars environment with players that are on or above my current level.
Previous Clan Wars experience?:
I have done many, many clan wars, but unfortunately do not have much experience in owning land.
The clan has to invest into every player that joins, what can you, the player, invest back into the clan?:
I am a very active player and I wholeheartedly believe that with the proper environment I can become much better than I currently am.  Plus, I have a WT auf E-100

Can't help but notice your winrate is fairly low relative to your other stats. Do you only solo pub or something?

Yeah, I do a lot of solo pub matches as my clan isn't very successful in team battles or tank companies.  I spoke with Brazenbullz last night and he told me that I shouldn't leave my current clan as he wasn't sure there would be room for me.  My mic actually broke last night, but I'm going out to get a new one tonight so I can do a TS interview anytime after that.

Even if BT has no inactive members at the time HT would take you. Show some initiative and leave your clan so we can find you a spot in Gentco.

Found the guy I needed to talk to Sky, room will be made once the decision is final. I like to do at least a little platooning before making the decision though. Next time you are available hop on TS and poke someone with the 'R' tag.
