Your average damage on the 268 is 567? The average damage on the gun is 750. This means that on average, you're doing less than 1 shell's worth before dying.

Even 2 needs to have some play standard.

I suggest platooning with the guy a little bit, see how is he playing and if there is any room for improvement. What I'm definently NOT for is straight out denying him, why?

When I was a newbie, I didn't had no one to help me and I basically read some guides on how to play the tanks I was doing bad in, also Wargaming Global Wiki helps if you're a newb.

Iceman, I suggest you platoon with the members, until they evaluate you. Because when you are a newb, carrying with dumbass teams is nigh-impossible.

You don't have the required skills:

- Map Positioning
- Map Awarness
- Tactical Positions
etc...
And possibly not a single crew skill which helps a lot

Let's see how he play, give him some advice and go from there.

I heard them talking in ts and it sounded like Paw was saying that they'd take him and work with him. With only 3k battles, he seems to still be learning the game a bit, and his numbers and averages can always come up with some good advice and help... as with Jaddow his cool-down is done later tonight. but SqU4D does make a good point in general.

I spend a lot of my time here in SSGS2 trying to teach the players who need to learn and since Lethal got his friend with around the same stats and play level as Iceman here I see no problem with it.
     However Yes I agree there should be a play level requirement of some kind however that's not really for me to decide, so for now I can say that there other players of his skill level in the clan already and that for recruitment he Should talk to Pawdad on our Teamspeak at "ts56.light-speed.com:4673" and they can decide what to do at that time...

It's Paw's division. If he feels the guy merits being trained, then that's exactly what'll happen. I'm sure Paw's more than happy to help build someone up.

This is the move I had to learn perfectly to pass training exam in Muai Thai, well the first one, Power Kick second Power Angle Kick is basically a subtechnique of the first, you sure wanna try beating my ass? Also, this video shows couple of techniques of our sport, but what video doesn't show, is the injuries you get from incorrectly doing these type of moves and injuries you inflict when you master it.
