Been in a few battles in pubs they seem to have good team work.

I don't believe your stats are within HT's requirement limits. You may fare better in MEN where they're more able to help you to grow. Just because you're in MEN doesn't mean other divisions won't platoon with you as well.

Yes I believe HT requires 4 tier 10s

-1 Damage in tier 10's is a little low. His overall battle count in his 10's is 236 total for all 3 so there is room to improve this very quickly.

+1 All 3 of his tier 10's are CW viable 

His lack of clan wars experience and experience in tier 10's may make him better candidate for one of our other divisions. All of our divisions have been CW active and successful recently. This is a great community and people can and do move between divisions on a regular basis.

6k battles and his stats are increasing. He doesn't meet the 10's requirement, but with 6k battles that should be a given.

When you said first and last, did you mean you would be interested in joining the community if you could only get into HT?

Unfortunately HT will have to decline your application, because yes, we do require 4 tier 10s and your stats are a bit low for us, but we would still love to see you as part of our community, check with MEN our training clan, you look like you would fit in well there.
