I think that this is the shortest app anyone has ever made. And you are also the first to list "noob clan" as a reason for leaving a clan.

Teamplay is something you can learn. Natural skill is something much harder to improve in such proportions.
When you reach the point where you have an is7, it means you should have enough experience of the game to play it well if your skill potential is good.

I see many awfull tier 10 players in pub games that don't have a clue what they're doing, and we don't want those in SSGS.
If you're in SSGS main, idealy it should mean you are operational for clanwars and can fight any battle without the field commander being worried about you abilities. If not, you belong to the SSGS2 nursery till you are operational.

What's wrong is also the image we reflect in pub games, good players watching an awfull SSGS player failing miserably will be less likely to join us and I have a problem with that, so does many of us. Anyway it's already been discussed with leadership and they should give more attention to that aspect of applicants in the futur.

Also in my opinion an applicant to SSGS main should only be able to join us after playing with us a few times in tank companies so we have a better idea, and should have a 2 weeks trial if accepted.

We've never judged people on skill. Unless I'm mistaken about how SSGS is run now...

We've always been about having fun, win or lose. If that's changed, then I don't think this is the same SSGS as it was 6 months ago which is what's it's been like as far as I can remember.

Nope. Era's just... vetting players more. Basically, I couldn't care less about a player's current skill level, but everyone needs to be capable of learning, myself and Era included.
