Reasons why you left those groups: Mostly liked it until the clan leader threw a childish shitfit and -- not kidding -- ragequit his own clan yesterday. Decided it wasn't worth my time at that point and no longer wanted to be associated.
What is the favorite ship/tank/character/gun/ect. you've played and why: StuGIII - fast and powerful for its tier, good moneymaker. Current favorites are prettye even split btw Ferdi and GW Panther. Ferdi because it hits like a bastard once upgraded, GW Panther because it's so capable and versatile for an SPG.
If Gates could touch you anywhere, where would you let him touch you: Depends. For how much gold? And no talking.
If you could be an animal, what would you be? Anteater. Because hell, it's an anteater.

What makes you want to join SSGS? Balance between fun and seriousness, success in clanwars and on battlefield.

Also already have Teamspeak, own a headset with mic etc.

Your stats look horrific and have a long way to go to prove you're a clanwars capable player. Although your application looks good, your stats paint a poor picture.

In your opinion, what do you feel are some things you're going to do in the coming days/weeks to improve yourself as a player so that you can become an above average player so that you contribute to your team and become a boon to the team, rather than a bane?

Gates speaks the truth. Your stats could use some serious improvement before you're anywhere near CW ready. However, you should still hop on TS sometime and get to know some of the guys, help us find out what kind of guy you are and whether or not you'll fit into our community. Getting to know everyone is just as if not more important than your stats/tanks.

I started to catch on fire when I saw these stats. You need to improve these stats a lot but with all do respect good luck to you anyways.

Heh. Maybe 'horrific' is a little harsh, but I see your point. Problem is that for a long time I was just playing on a standard account, just to screw around and have fun while having a few beers. Didn't concentrate on scores or wins too hard for too long, just flipping between the various tanks for fun. If I'd known people would be posting and discussing my WoT 'resume' some day and I'd be having to defend it, I'd have played harder from the beginning.

Ferdi is an absolute *bitch* to play until fully upgraded, which takes about 100k+ exp alone. It's lightly armored from sides and rear with a poor turn rate, and until top gun uses the same guns as the JagdPanther but you're still matched against higher tiers. I only completed upgrading recently, so stats on it should start coming up.

Will do, and I know exactly what you mean. Enjoyed the hell out of my last clan until pretty much the last day just because there were some great people, and had to think pretty hard about leaving because of them even in light of the clan leader's outrageous behavior.

I hate when that happens. Be sure to carry a fire extinguisher and set it to automatically resupply.

Eh. Is what it is. I played for a long time without taking the game too seriously, and it just still shows in my record its all. I ain't mad.

Just remember, we won't stop you from joining because of these stats, it will only hinder immediate participation in Clan Wars.

Well, it's in your favor to get on TS and start asking questions of the vet players on how to improve yourself and platoon with long standing members.

Well, I'm on vacation right now, so I can give some drill runs in pub games while in a platoon and teach the tricks of the game for the potential recruits.

So, he was really cool about defending his stats. +1

I'd cut the guy a little slack, TBH. His stats are pretty poor, let's not kid ourselves, but we've recruited and actively field (or used to field) players with stats comparable or even worse in some respects to his.

Good attitude, beer drinker, willing to learn... +1 from me.

Players can improve quite drastically in a month.

Bb pepper went from 42-47 in about 35 days.

Wait, BB used to have a 42? He's damn good to platoon with. I never would've guessed.

OP, I hear ya on the stock Ferdi. I had to fight my balls off to bring my T34 win rate up from 40%. I'll link a really in depth stats analysis program when I get back to my computer so you can show how your stats get better with the better gun.

I'll be on TS in a bit if you want.

Great responses. Don't worry about your stats, mine are just as bad. I'd say that the important part is your willingness to learn, but I feel like you could've guessed that.

Yeah, people's opinions definitely matter but it's ultimately Gates who decides.
