your application looks good im inclined to say yes for HT however your two tier 10s are the only problem. the patton is really never used in clan wars leaving you with the E100 which is good. how close are you to getting other tier 10s and what are they?

Looks like he is close to the new french med and he looks like a solid player in his M48. I wouldn't hesitate using it in a battle.
