All of my tanks are my fave. Have a T110E4 and E5 sold my IS-7 dont as well get it back sitting on tier 8 on just about every other line. Have m40/43 researched just need to buy it.

Nope only know bad English. Always have and always will. But if its broke I can fix it or if it needs built I can do that to. Not like Im writing a book or something. Not going to heart my feelers any poking at my spelling and grammar sounds so middle schoolish to me.

Jester, the whole point about using good grammar and spelling is so that we don't have to squint or pause to understand. A little effort helps out those you're trying to impress.

Exactly. An app's a first impression. It's the way many forum residents will judge you and it partially predetermines how they'll feel and act towards you on TS/in game. If it's written like crap it's less likely to be read at all, rather than glossed off and dismissed, simply because it screams "I don't actually give that much of a damn". Now, if that's true of the applicant, why should anyone give a damn about him/her?

It suggests this in the app guidelines sticky, so the fact that I end up explaining this to slack-jawed, dog-licking dumbfucks is clearly a mark of my stunning benevolence.

Well then I am sorry that I am dyslectic. TBH most of the time I half to ask my wife how to spell stuff or proof read for me. Its something I have dealt with all my life. Yes I know you have to be a CSI for the fbi to read anything I post.

Thought the getting to know me was the 12 hrs+ I spent in the TS chat and running TC talking with people. Everyone was peeking no one was there with there A game was just for fun and still won most of the matches witch I do be leave I put some good work in running with people I have never played with before.

You're not wasting our time, we have many members and they'd all light to know you.

Though I would say that the term "dyslexic" is too often given out to those who simply can't spell.

For what it's worth, playing the dyslexia card around someone who was diagnosed dyslexic (dysnemkinesia, border dysphonesia, particularly brought on by stress, frustration or anger) and yet was still able to be a librarian doesn't win much sympathy from said pissed off Doomkitten. Meh.

Even if, against my best guess, you do suffer from dysphonesia or dyseidesia, it shouldn't be an excuse for being fucking lazy at words.

MY spelling has got a lot better over the past years with all these smart phones and having to text with the wife and what not all the time plus some other video game over the years that require a lot of typing.

Has done my spelling better but no grammar. But it is something I have dealt with all my life. Anything else Im more or less a wiz at.

Stuff just gets all mixed up Ill be thinking of what to type look at it and be all what the hell is that. Most of that I did not want or where did it even come from so delete I go and start over.

Or I cant spell that one word so I try and use other words that are close and half to write 4 5 more words in when one would have worked fine.

I mean I real do try and make it to were people can read it Im not just throwing it up there an saying that is that. I ask the wife how to spell things friends in the house its not easy. I can build you a rocket ship to the moon but I half to ask people for help when it come to words. I read over it more then once and try and fix thing so it makes sense to people.

For what its worth you have no idea what Im diagnosed with A few things trust me on that one.

To be honest I don't see Jesters dyslexia being an issue worth rejecting him over. It affects his ability to communicate on a written level somewhat yes, but we're always busting our asses to get people to log on TS so we can speak to them. As long as he can speak English so we can understand him on TS AND he can play WoT decently(This will improve when he's playing with us as he will get to know our play style and adapt to his tank) I say +1 and send me an inv for your platoon.

If I were to be judged on my KV-1S stats I would be classed as a less skilled player while my KV1 stats are much better simply because it takes time to learn the different ways of playing the different tanks.

I say give the man a chance, who knows he might be brilliant in his next tank?

Gates makes the call. Nobody else. I doubt he cares if the kid can't spell.

Doom likes harassing/nitpicking prospective applicants to see their response - that's her prerogative. Anyone who rages out over Doom's little asides is going to have a tough time talking to Gates. If she goes beyond that to abuse, I'm sure someone will call her on it.

Doomkitten has many issues. One of them is permanent PMS. You get used to it... because she shares that issue with Gates.

Dyslexia or not, you still write better than about half of this group. Plus you can't spell 'dyslexia' without 'sexy', so it seems a natural fit in my book

I turned 31 today so not a kid and no I cant write for iiish. Im not going to wig out or blow up over a little poking at I get it a lot. I will poke back or try to explain myself best that I can in words.

Sometimes it does start to go no were and then thats all thats looked at and the main goal is missed. I trying to apply for a clan not win a spelling bee.

Regardless, TS is the best way to make an impression. I've rarely actually associated a written app with someone who logged into TS. It's how you act on TS that matters, because that's where CW happens!

I was in your TS all day yesterday something like 12 hrs easy. Ran TC's with everyone right up tell CW time. Was told to throw a app up on the forums real quick and it would be easssssy from there lol.

Just got to catch Gates or Mass on TS now then
