good at first but when they have issues..thats the time they dont understand each other
The clan has to invest into every player that joins, what can you invest into the clan?:
play hard and fight smart....respect each others opinion good or bad..obey the rules and the officers as well as the family..

You could really put more effort into filling this out. It really does look a little lacking right now.

Explain more about the answers you've chosen, add details about -why- you've answered the way you have, etc. If there's any way you could make it a little more readable, that'd help a ton too.

I do know this player from skz. I have not seen a person with more dedication to the game 23k battle tier 8 arty tier 10 tank plus well along in other lines all done without a premium account for the most part or a tier 8 PA tank.

23k battles is impressive. but only 2 end tiers to show for it? I am curious as to how that works out for stats.

Dedication to the game is nice and all, but showing that they want to be (and are capable of) being part of a community is better.

No idea how that works out. 23k only 2 end tank. But I would say it takes a lot more work at the game when you have no PA account tanks or free xp other then the little you make a battle would take some time to get up there.

Was quit active in the time I seen with clan activity's TS and what not. Always in the rooms for trainings, CW and what not.

I did give him 5000g some time ago said he still has a little of it even. But that should go to show a little on how he does if someone is willing to hook them up out of pocket to show there thanks for there hard work to the clan and themselves.

He will just half to prove himself all I can do is put in my two cents.

Hes from the Philipines so I understand his English not being absolutly perfect, 2ndary languages are hard.

Jester: if you see him in game, tell him to hop on TS with us. We can get to know him better there, especially if forums/typing aren't his thing.

As for only two end-tiers: my Old Man is similar. 14k games and only an E100 to show for it (which he has only about 100 games in). He just really, really likes his E75 and IS3. Could be similar here.

He on my friends list is a old clan mate. He was in the TS last night for a bit with us but was at CW time and what not so all a little busy for that.

But I will have him get on TS everyday tell he gets a yes or no.

needs an update on playing skill from those who have platooned with him. would really help

Ya you can tell he use to being a solo player. Knows all the post up spots in the maps and what not.

Has been in TS everyday sense app was posted.

Think if he kept in the mix will find out that there is other players out there that he can count on in battle.
